Apprenticeships with impact

At Trafford & Stockport College Group, we believe a talented workforce is the key to success. Apprenticeships are a brilliant way to shape the future of your workforce, and a smart, practical way to grow your business.

An apprenticeship is a real job where the individual – the apprentice – works with you to learn specific skills, gain experience and get paid. Training is flexible: some programmes are delivered entirely in the workplace, while others include taught sessions with our expert tutors to gain a recognised qualification.

Whether you’re looking to recruit new talent or upskill your existing team, we offer apprenticeships for employers across Greater Manchester. We make it easy to access high-quality training that’s built around what you need. With over 50 standards available across different sectors – from construction and engineering to digital, green skills, and professional services – we offer flexible programmes backed by real industry insight.

“Other education providers are often very fixed to their curriculum, particularly in healthcare. But it doesn't work that simply. Through our partnership with TSCG, we've actually been able to manipulate the courses to fit our needs more closely, and also the needs of our learners.”
