Sharp brings the world of technology to life for our students. Through sessions like “Why Consider a Career in IT”, their team shares real-life experiences and career journeys with our Business and Computing learners — sparking curiosity and ambition.
Our Sharp Power Platform Brief is a live, competition-style project for T Level Digital students. Developed and judged by Sharp experts, it mirrors real workplace scenarios and challenges students to create innovative tech solutions. Finalists even visit Sharp’s Head Office — gaining a first-hand look at corporate life.
In “How to Present Corporate”, Sharp helps T Level Business students master the art of professional communication — from client interactions to team presentations. These transferable skills are essential for success in any career.
Sharp also supports our Digital Champions programme, delivered virtually across the Group. Students hear directly from Sharp’s digital leaders — gaining insight into innovation, leadership, and the fast-moving tech landscape.
Sharp proudly sponsors our Student Awards, helping us celebrate achievement, progress, and ambition. Their involvement reflects a shared commitment to nurturing future talent.
In addition to curriculum and careers collaboration, Sharp also worked closely with us to develop The Hive – a flexible, tech-inspired space at our Stretford campus designed for teaching, networking, and events. Created through a shared vision, The Hive supports innovative learning and provides a dynamic environment where our learners, employers, and the wider community can connect and collaborate.
