Co-opted Member of the Audit Committee

With expertise in audit, risk management and assurance, or purchasing and procurement.

Commitment:

This is a voluntary co-opted role and attendance at three Audit Committee meetings per academic year is required, along with participation in any relevant training.

Member of the Board of the Corporation and Member of the Resources Committee

With expertise in estates, construction or project development.

Commitment:

This is a voluntary governance role (expenses paid) serving as a full Member of the Board of the Corporation and Member of the Resources Committee. Attendance is required at approximately seven meetings throughout the year, along with participation in training and development activities. Previous governor or Chair experience is highly valued for succession planning.
